The Technical diagnosis (SRU Law) concerns all the constructions built 15 years ago and jointly owned, during the first sale of a lot or within 3 years of the parcelling out of the dwellings. This diagnosis must be available for reading by every potential buyer of a lot from a co ownership.
Our services
Chasles Expertise technicians are licensed to carry out the SRU diagnosis. This technical diagnosis contains the apparent state of solidity of the walls and roofing as well as of all collective piping and common areas.
Validity of this certificate: 3 years and it must be presented to the future buyer.
