Our services
Our diagnosis technician carries no other activity of preventive and curative treatment of eradicating termites. The diagnosis concerns the private areas of the housing, the basement, the framework and the garden.
Validity of the diagnosis: 3 months (do the diagnosis at the moment of the promise to sell).
Law
Law n° 99-471 of June 8th 1999 aims at protecting the buyers and the owners against termites and other wood-eating insects. Decree n° 2000-613 of July 3rd 2000 concerning the protection of the buyers and owners of buildings against termites. Art. 1. The notification in the town hall of the presence of termites in a house built or to be built, according to Art. 2 of the law of June 8th 1999 above mentionned, is sent to the mayor by registered letter with confirmation of receipt.
This notification indicates the identity of the person who detected the presence of termites and the elements of identification of the building. It mentions the signs of the presence of the termites and a termite survey mentionned in article 6 of the decree can be attached to the letter. It is dated and signed.
