First time homebuyers
The new mortgage at the rate of O% helps you to finance the acquisition or the building of your principal place of residence. It adds to the other loans you need to carry out your project.
You won’t pay interests on the amount of your new O% loan, which will help you to pay back less each month..

The new O% loan is aimed at “first time buyers”. To be entitled to it, you thus must not have owned your house these last 2 years .
